As the U.S. workforce ages, more generations are working along side each other. The knowledge, skills and workplace attributes possessed by today’s multigenerational workforce present multiple challenges and opportunities to business leaders. Leading - and successfully managing - an intergenerational workforce is becoming a business imperative that few organizations can ignore.

During the webinar we addressed keeping productive and experienced workers of all ages on the job and tips for managing for success across multiple generations.

The webinar provided key insights into:

  • The business case for addressing generational differences in the workplace
  • Attributes and work styles of workers among different generational groups
  • Areas of conflict among various generational groups and tips for managing “hot points”
  • Tactics for building and leading an intergenerational workforce toward success
